An Introduction to Karma
"Karma" is a one shot comic that was rendered by means of traditional art tools; namely pencils, watercolors, and inks. This was the first comic that I've ever created, and it was meant to be an entry in Culture Crash's "Call for Indies" way back in April 2003.Five years later, I've decided that I should publish this online instead of leaving it to collect dust in the corner of my room.
Most of the comic remains unchanged. The entire script was translated to English from the original hand-written Filipino text. Also, the last page was edited to show a darker "night scene" from the original rendering.
Karma's characters were based on my original piece "Guardians of Celestia" (which was renamed to "Vanguards of Heaven" for my final thesis back in college). I've been debating with myself constantly whether or not I should continue this series, but for now, it will remain as a one shot comic.
