It took 10 years! But after seeing Soraille was attempting to do this, I remembered how I never got to make a video out of the artwork since I had no idea how to make videos back then.

Honestly, I still don't know what I'm doing now. But this is the best way I know how to learn new things: Keep trying.

This is no longer popular, but my past self is so happy that I finally managed to create this little video. I hope 2024 will be even better, and that I'll continue to learn new things and keep growing as a person.

I'm so happy I somehow managed to finish this for stream! To be honest, I wasn't even planning on turning it into a video, but I thought this would be the best way to present my Comfysona.

...maybe I can do a short animation next time. Probably not, but it's nice to think about if I manage to pull it off. (^^*)

I hope I can do more artworks featuring Kuro's Comfytown look. I really love the Legatus uniform, but I also want her to wear something original. Well, if I manage to get more time to draw, I'll be happy all the same. (´ ∀ ` *)

The Kind Archivist's Flowers

When the Comfydants found out that Archivist Fulgur Ovid in his original timeline had no one to visit him while he was in the hospital, they decided to secretly gather together 100 flowers from all around the world. This is the compilation of their efforts.

I made it! It took a little more than a month, but I managed to finish this somehow! For someone with little to no video editing skills, I think I did pretty okay.

109 little cards to make, 40+ pages of editing, and about 10(?) little sheeps to draw. Did you find them all? (^^*)

Thank you Comfydants for helping me finish this book. It was a silly idea, but I'm glad Fuu-san liked it. The VOD is privated now, but he said since the full video is almost 30 minutes long, it's probably too much to show on stream. I do apologize to every sheep... I overdid it a little.

Fuu-san also mentioned he woke up in the middle of the night and saw the message from one of the moderators mentioning the project. He watched/listened to the entire thing, and fell asleep to it because it was "soothing". T_T We helped him relax a little? Good job, sheepies!!

Fuu-san congratulated us for surprising him, because he had no idea this project was even happening. We managed to hide from the all-seeing Osheep! Ninja sheeps are so strong! I'm so proud of everyone!!

Thank you for participating, Comfydants. This is definitely a wonderful memory I'd like to keep for a very long time.

I wanted to try making thumbnail art for Fuu-san. He initially teased his 3.0 brushup as a "Dating Game", so I wanted to make something that looked like an otome game screen.

I then realized that Fuu-san probably has an official thumbnail for the reveal so... I was going to leave it at that.

I can't believe I made a little teaser! I've always wanted to make short music videos, but I'm always afraid to try. It's intimidating to learn a new program/app, but the one Misaki recommended was pretty good? The moving parts was a challenge to figure out, but I'm quite happy with the end result.

Maybe I can make a game demo next? Teehee? Pero?

Fuu-san was playing Fatal Frame when he mentioned how much he liked cat ears and glasses.

I'm surprised how well emerald green suits Ovidia. I thought her pink eyes would clash with green, but it actually looks pretty good!

Fuu-san mentioned Ovidia with a hairpin on stream, and it reminded me of Legatus505 Ovidia. It made me suddenly miss her, so I decided to draw her again. (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)

I like this version of Ovidia... probably because of her pink and purple eyes. The novel never mentioned if it was heterochromia or if both colors appear in each iris, so I always drew her with primarily pink eyes. I also really love the design for throa2s so I added it even though duotars probably don't show them most of the time. Silver and pink look really nice on her~ (⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡

Archivist from Fulgur Ovid's [Positive Affirmations Stream]

This was supposed to be for Christmas, but then, I joined the Invenite Domum fanzine and got a little carried away with the artworks that I wanted to submit.

Originally, Sheero was the sheep on Fulgur's shoulder, but the black mug was throwing the color balance a little, so I changed it to Bleep Bleep instead. Also, the colors of this piece confuses me so much. On my phone, it looks a little too orange, while on my PC it seems to be just fine? I don't know if if it's my phone or my PC but I hope it's my phone...

Anyway, please listen to Fuu-san's Positive Affirmations stream! It made a lot of comfydants cry, me included. (T~T*)

My Heart is Yours

( T_T) You have no idea how happy I am with this piece.

Lowfye wrote the most beautiful, fluffy fanfic about Fuu-san and his dog. It resonated with me so much because... I lost my own dog a few months back. I miss him dearly, and I often think that I probably didn't give him as much love as I could have in the little time that he was here... but I know I'm thinking this way because I miss him so much.

But I digress.

This piece was 90% drawn at work. I have an old laptop that runs on Windows 7, paired with the smallest Huion tablet on the market. Since I'm used my Cintiq, it took a few days before I could properly paint with a pen tablet. I'm honestly surprised it turned out as well as it did.

I may have drawn Doggo's paws too big though? But that's okay I guess. He's the best Doggo.

This turned out so cute? Ari had made a list of chibis that the magazine needed, and I managed to get the prompt "Online Meeting". I wanted to give him floating screens and hologram (projected?) keyboard, and this was the result!

I'm especially proud of the little sheep pin and slippers. (-w-*) Oh, and the chatboxes too!'

It's been a long time since I last posted here. I sincerely apologize for that...

But for now, let's talk about...

Happy BaaDay, Fuu-san! I'm so happy you're letting us celebrate your birthday with you this year! I was a little too ambitious and wasn't able to finish everything I wanted to give you, so I hope you don't mind waiting a little longer for the rest.

This is the first of three illustrations I did for Invenite Domum. I wanted him to look like a yakuza or at least someone mysterious, waiting for someone at a cyberpunk-like world.

The first version had normal looking hair, but his 1st year anniversary merch had his hair in a ponytail, and I wanted to draw that too.
